I loved this book and interview! And I'm with Val, I might need to add Galveston to my list of places to visit. :)

Thanks for listening, Kathleen. You and Val are welcome here anytime (but I would recommend avoiding hurricanes). It's paradise.

Super discussion . . . Like what Carl said in his comments, what your mortician friend said about caring for the deceased really resonated with me, incredibly kind and respectful. And clearly, I must add Galveston to my travel destination list.

Great interview. I loved your friend's take on what gift a mortician can give to the dead and how it makes her feel more alive after dealing with a body. I think your opinion about theme was right on. Very interesting comments. I want to read one of your books.

Nice interview, Saralyn and Sharon. Saralyn, I enjoyed listening to you talk about the history of Galveston, and I sincerely hope you will write the historical mystery set on the island. I also enjoyed learning about the many different law enforcement agencies on the island.
