Such a fun interview! I've read, loved, and reviewed every one of Christine DeSmet's books.

I had so much fun listening to this interview! It's always delightful to discover the book you're reading contain a recipe (or three) - although, admittedly, I did get a bit hungry listening to Christine talk about recipe testing fudge!

Really enjoyed listening to this interview!! Best of luck with everything, Christine! And I'd love to read or listen to an interview with you about screenwriting and how you and Peggy Joque Williams team up!

Congratulations on the award, Tracey! A lovely interview. And very encouraging when I need it. I revised my first book more than 20 times and I am about to do a deep revision of an 80K word manuscript.

I so appreciate these interviews and all that you offer, Christine. I’m hopeful to return to my novel soon—and your encouragement and insight continue to be one of my tethers to that quiet but persistent “yes”… to get back to it.

Christine, I especially liked your comments about revision. I'm on draft 6 or 7 and am working with an editor. No doubt more changes to come!

Thanks for the encouragement to keep revising and that it's part of the process.

"Don't hold a fudge contest or somebody'll die!" Thanks for the warning! Interesting to learn about your process, Christine, projecting titles forward, your short-story writing challenges, notebooks, screenwriting, children's books -- and joy in writing! Great interview, Tracey!
